My husband is naturally careless and clumsy.He is famous for forgetting to remove his watch before showering!. , So when i wanted to gift a watch to him , I was very particular about the reliability of the product. Since he is prone to allergy , I had to be careful about the watch straps too while choosing. Casio G shock watch has a 'tough' look and that is the type my husband loves. The case and strap are made of plastic, I chose black colour, though there are grey and i think blue also to choose from. The display is large,clear and striking and has a light blue coloured light. There are buttons on the sides of the watch to adjust the time, day and date settings ,dispalay light and also the world time which is a great advantage if you are travelling!!. It has a daily alarm and also birthday/anniversary reminders ...

Review of Casio G Shock Watch

Prepare to be G-Shocked!

Advantages: Looks great, tons of features, wont break!
Disadvantages: Would look silly on a small wrist.

I was looking for a new watch when the G-Shock caught my eye. These watches were previously highly sought after with insane prices of £100+ being acceptable! Look & Feel The G-Shock watch is pretty stylish. The case is made from a tough plastic, finished in a dark blue colour. The G-Shock logo is displayed on the top of the watch in yellow lettering. The LCD display is quite large and is very clear and easy to read, it is encircled by a silver ring which displays some of the buttons alternate functions and says shock resist on the bottom. There are four other buttons on the sides of the watch to adjust the settings, these are grey, are easy to press and responsive (unlike my old watch on which the buttons were so tiny they were almost impossible to press!). The Casio F-91W: For those who want a good well-priced watch

Advantages: Cheap, reliable, simple
Disadvantages: The alarm is quite quiet

I must say that the Casio F-91W isn?t the sexiest or snazziest of watches. It isn?t the sort or watch you?d see Kanye West or some other King of Bling ?rocking?, but it is a wonderful watch that is great for those of us who choose their watches based on their practicality. Although I say the F-91W isn?t particularly sexy, it is far from an attractive watch. Some, myself among them, believe this to be a beauty. The strap isn?t too thin or think in width and the face isn?t busy to the point of excess. The face simply displays the time in digital form with a blue trimming around the edge.
