When I was at school we had to have scientific calculators- you know the sort, loads of buttons and functions that you could never remember how to use. My children now both have these types floating around inside their schoolbags somewhere but whenever I needed to use a calculator I could never find one! Eventually I tired of trying to use the calculator on my PC or phone and decided to buy myself a proper calculator.
The choice of calculators everywhere seemed overwhelming but when I thought about it I really didn't need anything too complicated. I just needed a basic machine for working out my finances etc. I had a look in the Argos catalogue and decided to opt for the Casio MX8V. Working in the motor trade, there are many tools that you need, a telephone, a computer and a good calculator! Mostly I put it down to my age, but a lot of the calculators on the market call for the user to have a PHD in physics!
I for one when using a calculator look for ease of use. I'm not the type of guy who needs a computer to tell me what the time is in New York or the exchange rate in Zambia! The point I am trying to make is that, for the job I do (Parts Manager at a franchised car dealership); I need little more than a calculator to add, subtract, divide and multiply.
The Casio MS-8V does the job rather well, and that's good enough for me. I don't want to belittle my job as it can get a bit stressful at times, so the ease of use of the calculator makes MY job easier.

Having recently handed my little Saxo over to my little sister for her lessons and run around. Its time to look for a new car, So I came accross a really nice "Fiat Punto Active Sport 1.2i 8v". Read below to find my opinion of this car so far.......
Performance~
This car is awesome on petrol, Obviously depending on the way its driven its averagin about 48ish MPG. ALthough not as responsive as the saxo was and requires higher revs in lower gears to do this, Another slight downside is the ride height and suspension set up as the car feels very high, and also as if it is going to roll when taking corners at speed.
Exterior~
The Active Sport variant of the Punto is in one word "sexy", Its got curves, and straight lines in all the right place. Again a slight draw back is the gap between the top of the wheels and the botton ...
