Advantages Advantages Chic, sexy and compact

Disadvantages Disadvantages none- I love everything about it

It was in the Christmas Sales of 2004/2005 that I bought the Casio QV R61 Digital Camera. At that time there was a special deal going on where you could buy the camera, get a free 256mb memory card and a camera case for free for only £230 which I thought was a real bargain! If you're anything like me, you get really confused with all the different cameras that's available to buy but after only reading only a little about this camera I was convinced it was the camera for me. The camera is quite small in size approx 4inches width, 3 inches height and comes in a very chic silver colour. A battery ... more

Advantages Advantages Good quality, good zoom, SD card slot

Disadvantages Disadvantages battery life pretty poor, no case

Casio QV R61 Info I purchased this camera at Christmas 2006, it cost me £150. This is an excellent camera with 6.0 mega pixels. The picture quality is amazing although when you transfer the image from your camera to your computer the images are quite big in size, although the bigger the size the better quality it should be. Casio Casio is a well known brand, Casio has made many cameras although I think that this one has topped them all. There are many different makes of camera which claim to be good quality and good zooms etc, but unlike many other cameras this one does give maximum ... more

    Advantages Advantages Variable ISO

Disadvantages Disadvantages Power cells need to be removed from camera to charge

I bought this camera for just £199 in the New Year sales! At that price it is a real bargain ang blows anything else at that price range out of the water! The picture quality is super with you availbe to change the picture size from A3 right the way down to postcard size using the easy menu system. Best feature of this camera is the BEST SHOT feature this allows you choose one of range of pre sets eg nightime, candle light etc and the cmaera makes all the settings for you to take the perfect picture. The camera has variable ISO which allows the camera to work in range of light conditions - it ... more

Advantages Advantages Very compact camera, easy to use with excellent quality photographs, with a varied extensive mode to use when taking pictures

Disadvantages Disadvantages Sometimes when taking flash photographs in artificial light the pictures can be a little on the dark side

I bought this camera on a promotion at £199 complete with case and memory card. I found it very easy to use and was amazed at the quality of the pictures. I have used it a lot - as I take 2 cruises a year and take lots of pictures, also I have a 2 year old grand Daughter who I take a lot of pitures of, and as I said above the only negative thing is a few of my pictures in artifical light have been a little on the dark side, but this can be rectified if you can brighten them on your computer before printing off. I absolutely love this camera and could highly recommend it to anyone who needs a ... more
