So you must have gathered I'm writing a review On The L'oreal Casting Creme Gloss. I used the colour * 360 blk cherry. My hair is Naturally Dark brown, nearly black so my hair didn't exactly get lighter
Okay, So i wake up one morning I'm sick of my hair, I was sick of the sight of the same old hair. I wanted to give my hair some ''Umth''. So i told my friend, now she recently got her hair coloured with L'oreal casting creme gloss ''Plum''. She totally recommended this product to me. I was thinking great here we go.. Another high priced home kit. She whisked me off in her car to Asda to get One. Now i was highly amazed by the lovely colours this range came with.
I Purchased mine from Asda, It was about £5 exactly. You can get it cheaper i think in Boots and super-drug but i don't know, You'll have to go on a little bargain hunt.
**About this Product.**
The L'oreal Casting Creme Gloss contains no Ammonia which means.. No harsh chemicals Yay!
The Colours come in.. 360 blk cherry, Chocolate - shade 535, Dark brown - shade 400, Dark chocolate - shade 323, Iced latte - shade 713, Mahogany - shade 550, # Medium
brown - shade 500. There are some blonde shades but I forgot the names of those ones. You can see all the shades at the official website..
Comes in a pleasant little box very pretty and tidy.
Last up to 28 shampoos. Be Suitable for all types of hair (coloured, highlighted etc) Cover 70% of grey. Take 20 minutes to develop
*The range comes with colours Plum, Black cherry Loads!! There are some Blondes, Dark blondes and light browns. I wouldn't recommend those to people with dark hair, Black dark brown .etc because the ''L'oreal Casting creme gloss'' enhances you're natural hair colour, so it doesn't really ''Lighten'' it.
So on the box it will have on the side a little table showing you the different hair colours and how you're hair will turn out after you have dyed you're hair. This is very useful in my opinion because some dyes do not come with a table and you have no idea how you're hair will turn out.
In my opinion, This works for dark hair too! I mean of course it won't make it lighter, but this product does make you're hair glossy and gives you colour! Some people will tell you, ''Don't use this it's not for dark thick hair'' blah blah blah. Well grab on to you're freakin seat, My Hair is naturally Dark brown Curly and thick. And it works great for me!
Anyway enough of me, Lets get onto this amazing little product!
***What you will get****
1 precision tip applicator 1 tube of crθme colourant (48ml) 1 tube of developer crθme (72ml) 1 bottle of nutrshine conditioner (40ml) 1 instruction leaflet. This is my favourite, A little Kinder egg style case, where inside these fancy gloves are kept inside, Now usually with a hair dying kit you just get crappy little plastic gloves that you just rip out! Well not with these Babies! Inside the little egg you will get Professional Rubber, Not plastic, But Rubber gloves!! So this means easy styling!
** So.. ALWAYS DO AN ALLERGY TEST!!
I did my allergy test 3 days before I dyed my hair, You can never be too careful. It's better to be safe than sorry! You are supposed to do the test for 2 days but had to do 3 just to be careful.
The next 3 days.. I didn't have a reaction so i got started..
I Rip out the gloves, Stick them on, Mix the hair dye colourant with the Creme, shake and get started!
Step 1. Colouring
I damped my hair by rinsing with warm water. I applied the colourant to the tips of my fingers and massaged the dye into my roots. When i had made sure the dye was on equally on my hair i went through the ends and everywhere else that needed covering.
Step 2. The waiting game.. Wait wait wait.. You have to wait for 20 Min's I found this hair dye comfortable, I didn't feel any burning or irritation or any sort.
Step 3. Rinse out. Now you have to rinse until all the water turns clear. When i touched my hair my hair was thick and coarse i was thinking great, Damaged hair!
Step 3. I Used the conditioner which came in a little slim bottle, i rubbed this stuff into my hair and i can tell you , this stuff smelt great!
Step 3. Rinse & Dry.
I let my hair dry naturally and i was shocked with how glossy it was. I assumed that when i touched my hair it would be greasy but it wasn't! My hair was soft to touch, glossy and i had great colour! I will definitely use this product again, In my opinion it's the best hair colourant I've ever tried. Of Course my hair did not turn out like the Woman on the box, but it came out radiant, shiny, glossy and full of colour. Not only did i get a pretty colour, but I got shades of Dark colour, light colour and medium, Not just one Block colour. I recommend this to people who are trying out a new colour i think that it's best to use for when you are ready for something different.
I know you will all love the conditioner, Because it makes hair soft and super shiny so heres a conditioner that will keep the shine..
Elvive Nutri-Gloss http://www.lorealparis.com.au/img/l10n/products/305x262/HCa9_2.jpg It costs about £2-£3
To Conclude this article I must say that L'oreal lived up to everything they promised on the box, I got shimmering glossy colour and my hair was soft. And yes the colour lasted for 28 washes, It did fade just a little but not allot as you would expect. Well done l'oreal, you did great with this one!
Thanks For reading!!

Advantages: Conditioner leaves hair very soft and shiny. Good for lighter/thinner coloured hair. Smells nice Disadvantages: doesnt deposit colour as a block-good if you want to have subtle highlights
Advantages: none Disadvantages: too many to mention
