Castle Court Is situated on Royal Avenue, just north of the main shopping streets of Belfast city centre. Buses and trains run to close to the centre, and there's a shuttle bus from the train station aprox every 15 minutes which has a stop outside the shopping centre. There is also a multi storey car park, singposted from the westlink and the city centre, although parking is £1.560 an hour. However, the ranps are cool to go up and down at speed, makes you really dizzy, but that's one of the main reasons I park there!
The centre is in a mainly glass, light open airy space, with many high street stores such as Debenhams, Boots and The Philip Green stores. It is mainly set on 2 levels, although some of the upstairs shops have a higher level. Above the main shopping centre in the Social Security Agency, although this isn't accessable to the public outside working hours. Eating is also well catered for in the centre, with a variety of places, including fast food outlets like burger king, coffee shops like BB's and Starbucks, and Paul Rankin Cafe.
There is a childrens play are to the back of the shopping centre, although it is recommended not to leave children alone, as it's not supervised. Thecentre also provides some small car shaped trolleys for kids. There is also a glass lift for disabled people, although some of the shops aren't ideal for the disabled, as they only have stairs.
The centre is clean and well looked after most of the time. It can be busy, but with wide walkways and various stairs and exits, it rarely feels too crowded. It's a good shoppinfgcentre, as caters for most, with a wide range of shops and facilities.
