I am left very angry about the service I received from Castle Estates in Nottingham. I do not feel that the service provided to me whilst I was a tenant there was even remotely acceptable and since I have left the property it became even worse and I felt the manager became physically rather intimidating when I wished to have some questions answered.

Extremely smooth whilst I was a prospective tenant and in my opinion very unprofessional once I had signed the lease. There were problems with the heating and electric throughout my time there which each time would takes days to be fixed. Appliances were broken when I moved in and some never replaced and there was a leak in the boiler which was not fixed ever.

Very difficult to get in touch with once I became a tenant so do not expect them to return your calls.

I would not recommend.
