if you look at it this way, if you like cheese, you like any cheese really, because at the end of the day, all cheeses are the same, apart from some are stronger than others. I can vaguely remember from my youth that we were told Cheese is good for you. “Plenty of protein, good for your bones and you a growing boy as well” my Mum used to say to me – I was 22 at the time! Well what can I say? I pity my mum!! My sister was a 'veggie' and I was just plain 'fussy' (still am!!) We must of been so hard to feed as children!! I really really like cheese - all types - brie, roquefort, camembert, mozzerella, the lists goes on. However I see these as more of a treat and if there's an everyday cheese that I use for my sandwiches, pizzas, cooking or even a little nibble it's got to be cheddar.
