As us girls with curly hair know.. curls don't always rock, and so this fabulous creation from Catwalk TIGI can turn this around for us!
**What it does** This amplifying cream defines and separates your curls and waves, also adding volume, texture and a shine to your hair! Without a product, curly hair very often goes very frizzy and unmanagable. This product sorts just that out, as when in the hair your hair is not frizzy at all anymore.. just perfect curls/waves!
**Directions!** The bottle tells you to pump one or two times and apply into your hair (which isn't nearly as detailed as you need!)
***MY DIRECTIONS*** Once you have washed your hair and got out of the shower/bath: pump the bottle just once= about a 5p peice shape of product or less-more would probably be too much! (as I feel 2 pumps would give too much product making your hair very stiff/crispy/greasy.. unless you have a lot of taming to do or unbelievably long hair) and apply to damp hair. I say apply to damp hair because if you apply to dry hair, your hair would go solid (like the feeling of the hardening hairspray). If damp, it shall only feel a tiny bit "crispy" and not much at that (this is what keeps your hair in the defined curls and stops frizz!)
Do not rinse your hair after applying, this product is a conditioner that stays in your hair and continues to condition.
I also suggest twisting your hair afterwards a tiny bit - to kick start the effect if you want nicely shaped ringlets. Wash your hands (as they would feel slightly sticky afterwards like they would after applying gel) and thats you done!
***WHERE FROM AND HOW MUCH?*** It is quite pricey, but trust me, very worth it!!! You get it from Proffessional Hair Salons only. We got ours from The Rainbow Room quite a long time ago for approx £10-£15.
***EFFECT ONCE DRY*** Hair was defined into curls and very slightly hard/crispy but not noticeably so. Hair was sily with no frizz or fly-away hairs. Very shiney which I thought looked lovely. Also had a lovely fragrence (the smell of a nice conditioner). I found that it really conditioned my hair and gave it a break from hot irons and hairdriers.
***WHY 5 OUT OF 5*** I gave this product 5 out of 5 because I feel its great value for money! I live in a family in which 3 of us girls have extremely naturally curly hair, and this is the best product by far that we have tried. This really does work! It conditions your hair, makes it smell nice and controls your curls! So you can feel glamorous when your hair has just dried naturally. We bought this product a long time ago and it has lasted roughly very well - approx 4-5 months (and still has roughly half of it's contents left)--- bear in mind that this is used by 3 of us and we only use 1 pump each explained above.
**Cautions** Avoid contact with your eyes! (rinse with water if it does). Also check ingredients to make sure your not allergic.. you never know!
