Review of Laura Mercier Purifying Oil - Light

Concentrate on Hydration

Advantages: Lasts ages, smells good and refreshes and revitalises the skin
Disadvantages: Takes a while to absorb, slightly greasy

If you have read any of my other reviews you will know that I have spent a lot of money on skincare products and Pevonia appears to be one that suits me! It is made from natural organic ingredients and is kind on your skin without causing any harm. Pevonia Vitaminic Concentrate is a small pot of blue coloured liquid that is supposed to be used to hydrate your skin leaving it feeling refreshed and vitalised and of course it does!! I brought mine from my local spa where luckily I get money off because at just under £40 it is very expensive, however, a little goes a long way and just 2 squirts of the product is all you need a night and so it will last at least 4 months. Advantages: Smells fresh, leaves hands soft and smooth
Disadvantages: A little dearer than other hand washes

Dove used to just produce their original Cream Hand wash but now produce a number of different varieties. This particular review is of the Skin Purifying Cream Wash. The Bottle The bottle is an attractive pale lemon colour with rounded contours and contains 250ml. It has a pump dispenser which allows easy dispensing of the soap. The bottle has a picture of a hand with yellow bubbles floating about. There is also a silver dove just below the large Dove logo. It says it has ¼ Active Moisturising Cream and Neutrozone Technology but more about that later. The Claims Dove says that this hand wash "deeply cleanses your skin without drying it." The Neutrozone technology is a special formula which cleanses the skin and protects its natural moisture level. Sounds to me like a big fancy name for something that isn't that ...
