Advantages: Unique design works well, quality pub food, reasonable prices. Disadvantages: Close proximity to motorway makes outdoor eating a no no for me, tiny loo's.

Our TableTable
The branch that we visited is just on the southern outskirts of Carlisle, from the M6 ringroad at junction 42, take the A6 northbound towards Carleton. (I should warn you here I don't drive, so if you would like to visit this particular TableTable, I recommend double checking those directions!)
Although quite near the motor way, it is set in well maintained secluded grounds, with a Premier In adjacent to it. There are outdoor seating area's, however while the landscaping gives the gardens a secluded feel, you can still very much hear the motor way. It was too cold to even be an issue when we went, but can see it would be an annoyance if you did want to eat or drink outdoors.
Entering TableTable I was instantly struck by the interior. It mixed contemporary and traditional very well, and was warm, inviting ...

Yesterday was my dad's birthday, and for the evening we decided it would be a good idea to go out as a family to TableTable for our dinner. So after getting ready and changing into my Ark Clothing dress that I'd bought a couple of months ago, but hadn't got round to wearing, we made our way to the restaurant - at around 6:15.
The Exterior
When we got there it was around 6:30, and the six of us - My dad, my mom, my sister, my grandma, my grandad and me - made our way inside the restaurant to take our seats and wait for my auntie and uncle to arrive. The outside of the restaurant was very typical, but very nice looking. There were two, maybe three, benches outside for people to sit on in the nice weather if they decided to, and I pointed out to my mom that it looked like a restaurant you'd see abroad. Advantages: It's an interesting story... Disadvantages: It's melodramatic, dull, poorly acted by the leads and clumsy.
