Will the lose of Mark Frith affect heat?
Advantages: crossword, torso of the week, fashion, interviews Disadvantages: jade goody, letters page,
...once an avid reader of Heat magazine and still buy most weeks. I think it is the best celebrity magazine on offer due to the diverse features. However, recently the editor who created Heat has left and written a book of memoirs, this is Mark Frith. I am hoping that Heat does not change dramatically because of this but some of the features do need updating. My favourite bits of heat are as follows:
- Torso of the week. These is an obvious choice ... ...found within the magazine! The heat christmas special is a must as they always include the heat quiz of the year which is a personal favourite!
- The interview of the week- Heat magazine are not afraid of asking inappropriate questions and these interviews usually include funny photos from the past and present.
- The heats TV guide cannot be beaten as they have interviews and picks of the day which are are interesting and stretch to a wide range ...

makes my wednesday
Advantages: great all round mag Disadvantages: always has VB in it
Ok is one of the most addictive magazines i have it on subscription which saves on the RRP which is fantastic as it has gone up to £2.95 and even better than that it is posted through my letterbox every week which is great i do not even have to pop to the shops. It has 3 magazines for the price of 1 inside it. The actual OK magazines inself Star and also an american version of the magazine.
Its a brillant magazine to catch up on all of the celecbrity ... ...has many exclusive star interviews and weddings and gives you some advice on clothes and fashion with a expensive outfit and how to get the exact same outfit on a budget..
It has colums from Jordan aka Katie Price, Colleen (Wayne Rooneys Fiance) and Kerry Katona on a weekly basis. You also have a weekly TV Guide, a few recipes, puzzles and much more inide. The only disadvantage is that i think every issue that i open had a picture of Victoria Beckham ...

HELLO! Do I know you??
Advantages: Keep up to date in all things glossy and shiny! Disadvantages: No real news. Just pretty pictures!
As I have stated in my other reviews, I am a bit of a nosy parker and I love looking at what is going on in other peoples lives. Why? No other reason then because I love people watching. Looking at what others are doing, how others live their life. Everyone is different. This also includes celebrities. I am not a huge fan of the news, but, celebrity news... now that is what I am interested in. You can call me shallow, sad, whatever…. But I can not ... ...actually reading about Victoria Beckham and her day out shopping for specially made blue metallic Bonsai trees (or something along those lines….!)
One way of me to get my weekly gossip is through the glossy HELLO! Magazine.
It is a weekly roundup of all things rich and famous. Now I will admit, I do not actually BUY the magazine. (Neither do I steal the magazine!) I work in a reception that gets it delivered every week. So before we put it out ...

Nothing New!
Advantages: some good articles, not too expensive Disadvantages: Quite a lot of boring articles
...as I had not read New before, I decided I'd not bother this time and find surprise in the extra features I hoped to find within.
The next few pages contained images and little facts about celebrity gossip and fashion in general. Usually these celebs don't interest me, though on finding Myleene Klass here, I decided to give it a read. The pages following were about X Factor winner Alexandra, and her mentor Cheryl. It was only now that I realised ... ...This went right through to New Year, and I love circling all the shows over the festive period I would love to watch, and trying to timetable them all in without anything clashing! As always, this is never an easy job!
After the horoscopes, there is the usual section at the back of magazines dedicated to one celebrity. In this issue, the section was called Favourite Things, and featured Joanna Page. I always enjoy reading these, even if the celebrity ...

Another Mag
Advantages: Cheap and easy to read Disadvantages: Nothing more than a magazine to flick through
I bought this magazine for the first time yesterday. I fancied something trashy and easy to read and priced at 99p and claiming to be the Hottest Celeb Weekly I thought I'd give it a go.
I am not sure why I read these types of magazines to be honest. I am not overly interested in celebrities, I think its my vain attempt at keeping young.
This magazine had the usual celebrities pictures on the front and bold cleverly edited headlines.
This weeks ... ...are just full of various paparazzi photos which to be honest you will have probably already seen flashed across your internet homepage or the pages of the Sun newspaper.
There was a couple of interviews which were written quite well. Not award winning investigative interviewing but easy to read, somewhat informative and midly amusing.
The magazine I would suspect is linked to Heat as the format is near enough identical. They have a spotted section ...
