I brought these Binoculars last year purposely for astronomy, The sky at night magazines "best buy" initially caught my attention, so I drove down to my local binocular & telescope store and tested them in daylight, I got a bright clear view focusing was easy, they were a bit on the heavy side (1.6kg), I was not impressed by the basic thin neck strap that it comes with, also the bag offers very little protection if dropped, but for £80 I decided to go for it,

When I got home I couldn’t wait to test out my new toy, with clear night sky & minor light pollution my first target was the moon, Wow the detail on the moon was amazing I showed my wife and she absolutely loved it, the only real draw back is the weight after 20mins raising my arms above 45 degrees it was beginning to shake luckily it comes with a tripod adapter and fitting is straight forward,

For £80 these binoculars offer excellent value for money,
