Disadvantages: Trouble getting deposits back

On 9th October 2009 a Salesman came from Northern Gas and quoted us a price for a new boiler, and as we had been without heat and water for two weeks waiting for quotes, and as we are both in our seventies, he said he would try to arrange installation the following week. On 12th October their Surveyor came to assess the work involved and said installation could not start until three weeks. He said the boiler quoted could not be installed as quoted ...

Deffo Not Recomended!!!!!!!!!!

Advantages: the boiler works fine
Disadvantages: Very bad workmanship

Earlier this year i had a boiler installed by northern gas heating. The salesman was very nice and he assured me that all the work carried out would be done to a very high standard. Electrastream boiler - an alternative to gas and oil.

Advantages: No unsightly tanks and more efficient than storage heaters.
Disadvantages: None so far.
