I eat a fairly good diet, but always have a sneaking suspicion that I’m not getting all the vitamins and minerals that I need and will get scurvy or some other such vitamin deficiency. A quick glance around the vitamin counter at Boots or a health food shop, is very confusing. There are tons of vitamins and mineral supplements. I first discovered these multi vitamin tablets after my doctor advised me I needed more vitamins in me than I was getting from my food. Being a ‘teenage girl’ (19!) at the time, I needed lots of iron…apparently! After trying many different types of vits, from vits for spotty tweenages to vits for over active sports people! I finally tried Centrum multivinamin and minerals. To begin with I was a little scared at the high price of them at £11.29 for 100 or £6.24 for 60. I started on these vitamin suppliments a few months ago and they have made a great difference, you do have to wait a week or 2 to see the difference so please don't look for instant results. I suffer from a number of ailments and this was recommended to me by a neutrisionist and it has improved my life in general. I suffer from mood swings, SADS, Depression, headaches and random bouts of nausia and when I started to take these my health improved, by no means is it a replacement for a vairied diet but with a diet that is restricted as much as mine it really helped.
