I stumbled upon Century 21 at the very end of my holiday in New York, and boy, did I wish I'd found it sooner!
Packed with designer labels at discount prices, its kind of the english equivelent to T K Maxx. But alot more classy!
Situated in the swanky financial district of the city (near ground zero) It has two sites, one shop is dedicated to designer shoes, the other purely clothing, cosmetics and houseware. (you can walk though from one shop to the other)
Lets start with the shoes shop. It was the first one I came to and after the initial shock of having to actually look for what you wanted (in New York its practically handed to you on a plate!) I really got into the swing of shopping.
The disply has one of each shoe out and the rest are in boxes stacked so that you can see the picture and size, and therefore help yourself. I advise that you go when its quiet otherwise it can get a bit messy, ie, no where to sit and try on sizes have gone. On the main floor you will find normal everyday shoes and mens and kids and then downstairs are the designers and trainers. This blew my mind. I found Jimmy Choos, versace, prada you name it it was there. and very cheap. Remember, the dollar is half the pound!
After loading up my boyfriend in there i moved round the corner (not realising you could walk through) to the clothes branch. I was a bit disappointed as it was sooo crowded and messy but I guess if you want those bargains you have to rummage! The queue for the changing rooms was ridiculous, but I didnt really find anything. Dont get me wrong, they have every designer from Juicy Courture to Marc Jacobs but I didnt have the heart to continue torturing my poor boyfriend!
Had I found it sooner, I could have easily spent the whole week there!

For something that offers so much you have written very little. I'm sure if you write in a little more detail about the stores and the facilities people will reward you with much higher ratings ;o)
