It really was one of the best decisions I'd ever made because I haven't looked back since, I litterally swear by this foundations silky texture, abilisty to hide all imperfections and make me look fresh faced and dewy all day!

Packaging

A fancy round little tub. All in black shiny plastic. It has a white Chanel Logo on the top of the casing. It also comes with a little velvet pouch to store it in. I found that in my makeup bag this got a little messy as it was black. Cover-up Ability

This founation is like no other, its thick but thin texture glides over the skin hiding light imperfections and giving the skin a dewy look. I found that it hid my dark circles perfectly and better than any concealer I had used in the past. It simply vanished once its on and leaves you with a fresh radiant look all day!
Age spots are a thing of the past, it covers them up and makes them much less noticable. You can acheive the perfect look you want every time with this compact. It doesn't go on too thick and it doesn't cake your face. It simply glides over the skin, covering up marks

Application

You recieve a little sponge with the product and this makes applying the foundation an absolute doddle! You wipe the sponge over the compact and apply to your skin fron the nose outward, making sure you dont apply too much around your nose. You can apply it all over your skin or just on slect areas depending on the amount of cover up you wish to acheive.
You can also apply it with your finger for little touch ups during the day using the handy mirror on the inside of the compact. It is also great because it doesn't wipe off all your concealer (if you apply it before hand) and you don't end up needing to re-apply it. To reduce any shine you can dab the sponde on the reqired area or dust a little translucent powder oover to make sure your makeup stays put all day. Even with powder over the top the foundation still remains invisible.

Price

The product is a little pricey. I found that it can vary from place to place and in Debenhams the initial price (with the foundation and casing) is £35, then once you have run out of that it is handy to be able to refil your makeup. This costs £20, not too expensivefor an amazing foundation when some high street brands are retailing at £10-£15. However when you buy the refil for £20 you find yourself thinking what!? I paid £15+ for the plastic black outer-casing just because it has the Chanel logo on it. This I found was a bit rediculous but it is excusable once you have established it as your regular foundation
