South Park is crude, offensive, yet devilishly funny!
Advantages: Funny, Charming, Entertaining, Witty Disadvantages: Rude, Offensive, Crude
For those of you who are new to South Park, it is a show which relies heavily on stereotypical views, popular culture and at times can be very offensive. Yet, this is what makes this show so enjoyable, it is edgy, controversial and frankly, rude. But it is these characteristics which make it so funny and appealing. So, if you are faint-hearted, steer well clear! But for those more fearless, South Park is gurenteed to please all comedy lovers on all ... ...essential part of the shows success, it is this which makes it unique and allows it to rise above the competition. The animation is very effective and adds completely to the charm of the show, aswell as reflecting the crudeness of the humour! Saying this, it may not be to everyones tastes, people may be turned off by the apparant "cheap" nature of the shows animation; but give it a try atleast! "Characters" This show is reliant on 4 main characters: ...

Family Guy review
Advantages: Very funny, great characters Disadvantages: None
Family Guy is an animated american sitcom created by Seth McFarlane. It airs on Fox and in syndication on other networks and premiered in 1999.
The show revolves around the Griffins, a dysfunctional family living in the town of Quahog, Rhode Island. The head of the household is Peter, a blue collar, bumbling, beer swilling kind of guy who love his family, he's married to Lois, who comes from a very wealthy family and is a housewife/piano teacher. ... ...of everyone's jokes due to her unpopularity and dowdyness, Chris, who is fat and unintelligent and definitely his father's son, and Stewie, a baby of ambiguous sexual orientation who is very intelligent, speaks with a high class accent, and comes up with a lot of schemes that usually have the goal of him conquering the world. They also have a dog, Brian, who walks on two legs and can speak english, although he is still considered a pet.

Hilarious cartoon comedy!
Advantages: Hilarious, easy watching, witty Disadvantages: Not enough!! Give us more!
...laughing along with by all the family (it is rarely that my dad will watch the same TV as us!) 'The Simpsons' can be compared to other 'grown-up' cartoon comedies, designed to appeal to adults as well as children, e.g. Beavis & Butthead, Family Guy, Ren & Stimpy, American Dad and Futurama (also directed by Matt Groening of The SImpsons). However, unlike most other 'grown-up' cartoons, The Simpsons is not overtly crude or inappropriate, rather it ... ...identifiable with. There is Bart, the trouble-making youngster, Lisa, his intelligent sister, Maggie, the quiet, yet insightful baby, Homer, the average-Joe, beer drinking father, prone to fail with hilarious consequences and Marge, the doting wife and loving mother. The family also has two typical house pets, Santa's Little Helper, a playful, dumb, greyhound rescued from a dog-racing track and Snowball, a small, passive-aggressive black cat. Everyone ...

King of the Hill review
Advantages: Funny, original, some great characters Disadvantages: Can be boring
King of the Hill is an american animated series created by Mike Judge and Greg Daniels. It started production in 1997 and is currently broadcasting it's 13th season.
Mike Judge is probably best known, before this, for the creation of Beavis & Butthead. In fact, there was a character on B&B that looked a little like Hank Hill and sounded exactly like him.
The series revolves around the Hills, a family living in Arlen, Texas. Hank Hill is the father, ... ...to keep his lawn trim. His wife, Peggy, is a substitute Spanish teacher who seems to have less of a good grasp of the language. They have a son, Bobby, he's 13 and wants to be a comedian when he's older, so he likes to make people laugh, although Hank would like him to follow in his footsteps and sell Propane.
Other characters include Hank's friends Dale Gribble, a deeply paranoid big exterminator, Bill, a lonely, depressed neighbour of Hank's, ...
