Programme of Kings
Advantages: coverage, music background Disadvantages: childish behaviour of presenters, female presenters
...watching.
The adverts made by channel four to advertise the racing are amazing and the ideas for the different festivals and horses are superb. The music background during shots of the days racing is always good. Channel Four racing is good and the air time given to racing on channel four is excellent, I have no complains there.
Some small improvements could be made to this show but as a sports programme it is highly recommended ...

"Reel Creekeet" - Good on you Geoffrey
Advantages: You get to see Freddie Flintoff bat the hell out of the Oz Disadvantages: Adam Gilchrist shouting "Yes Shane" every time Warney bowls
There is nothing finer than the sound of leather pounding onto willow on a summer's afternoon with the sun beaming in through the windows and the voice of Geoffrey Boycott stripping the Aussies of all their cricketing pride.
This is a situation that has summed up most of the summer for the average English citizen in England. The Ashes this time round has taken the country, it not the world, by storm. With a sniff that Australia may lose the Ashes ... ...and thrown all their footballing love away and gone back to the countries true sport, cricket.
You want tension? Don't bother with football at the minute. Where is the tension in the football season at this moment? There is no extra time, no penalties, and everyone knows our Thierry is going to score 2 a week and Chelsea will win comfortably week in week out until John Terry and Frank Lampard go down injured. Start watching the football when Chelsea ...

Luther Paul Joe and James
Advantages: Great teams, great players, great weather Disadvantages: Some naff clubs
Channel 4 and SPORT - it used to be a bit of a joke with things like that Indian version of British Bulldogs, but over the last five years or so, the channel has rightly been given a lot of credit for the improvements it has managed to make and some of the scoops they have had and the undisputed jewel in 4's sports crown is Sunday's Football Italia selection.
The Serie A, Italy's equivalent to our own premiership, is one of the most exciting league ... ...a presentation to achieve and Channel 4 have really come up with the goods. The programme is anchored by the marvellous James Richards and he is usually joined by an old time British player who made it big in Italy, such as Luther Blissett (well, quite big) and Joe Jordan and the coverage is always first rate.
4 would undoubtedly struggle to make Southampton versus Coventry City a highlight, and Sky are out on their own as far as regular and varied ...

A great morning racing.
Advantages: Great viewing for racing Disadvantages: not on often enough
...live racing.
The coverage on Channel 4 is absolutely superb. You never need anymore information from papers (although it helps) The experts on this programme are very well informed, unbiased and give you genuine information on runners and riders. The tipster competitions that hey run are cool too. The after race analyis is accurate and gives you a good insight into why your horse just won or lost. With the advent of on line betting, you never need ... ...John macrirrick and place your bet. Simple!!! I have been doing this for some time and I am extremely happy with it. BBC1 is not bad with Willie Carson but not as good as mad mac! Also you never have big gaps between the races as they are always showing highlights from other meetings. Superb. Maybe they should extend the service to weekdays too. ...

Heat
Advantages: On Free Tv Disadvantages: Most good Wrestlers are not on
Heat is a very fair programme and is well worth watching if you do not have sky capabililities. However if you watch programmes like Raw and Smackdown you may get fed up with watching the same thing again and again.Heat is a chance to see budding stars like Garrison Cade and Mark Jindrak shining as well as other good stars such as Maven and Val Venis. The best editions of Heat are the ones that are shown just before the Pay Per Views.Recent matches ...
