Advantages Humour, sex, drink and arguments - everything the UK loves makes this the best programme all summer.

I personally, seem to have been the only person not have watched the original Big Bro. But after seeing the Celeb Big Bother I was well and truely hooked. And so, maybe I find soooo good simply because it's new to me. But friends have told me how the contestants are playing to the (many) cameras in the house. I can see why they would do this, and when I think about it, they proberly are acting. That is a shame, because the whole point of Big bro is to watch how a group of strangers would react being kept in a house all the time - not what they would do to get noticed and liked by the public.

That's another thing, Big Brother is supposed to be 'reality TV'. How can it be reality TV when 11 people are hand picked from thousands of entries? C4 have simply picked the most interesting people, which although provides us with hours of addictive telly, isn't what Big Bro should be about. If they went and rounded up 11 normal people off the streets, what are the chances of the getting a bi-sexual lap dancer, ex-cocaine addict with a fetish for hats and a gay hair-host who thinks he's the next best thing to Graham Norton and seems to have sort of leg spasam which prevents him from walking in a normal manner. Not that I'm picking on Brian, but he seems to be one of the worst offenders acting to the camera. When he first came into the house, I though great. Let's face it, like him or loath him, Graham Norton is sooo funny. And yes, for the first few days Bri did make me laugh v. much. But them he just seemed to go over the top, and didn't become funny any more. having normal people in the house might be actually more interesting, to see how me or you could cope.

But all my moaning aside, Big brother is first rate TV. Compelling is an understatement. And Davina brightens up my day on Fridays (pregnant or not, she is so attractive).

But please, can everybody please set aside who is the most attractive up for eviction and keep the most interesting! As much as i hated Bubble, can you just imagine the iritated housemates comments if he stayed? Or what Bri and Naz would come up with if he stayed? Or who Penny would beg to sleep with her if she stayed?

By the way, has anybody noticed the price of the calls to evict? Not content with 10p per call, C4 bosses doubled the price. then thinking - how could we restrain the public from outcry of greed? - decided to donate 5p to charity. But the greedy C4 bosses didn't want their doubles income lost, and so they decided that they should make the public pay. And so another 5p goes on the bill, leaving the total cost of the call at 25p. Just a thought...
