the minds of younger children.
One of the guest stars in this story was Richard Wilson, better known as Victor Meldrew, who played Doctor Constantine., a medical Doctor based at Albion Hospital where the Doctor and Rose visit towards the end of the first part, and although he was a minor figure he was left with a lot of explaining to do by the end of the second part due to the Doctor's success in resolving the issues at hand.
The one that amazed me when I saw the figure was the actual quality itself, now you have bare in mind that I used to collect the early Star Wars figures and to be honest they were not as detailed as this is, manly die to the fact that it was over 25 years ago. However the Constantine figure is easily recognisable as the character, mainly due to the fact that it looks like the character from the episode in the facial ...

CharacterOptions and BBC have provided us with a collection of 5" character figures from Doctor Who, one of whic is the editor. Holding the editor in my hand, it was clear to see that he did look like the character! His facial features were quite accurate. His white hair and little beard were so cute, so accurate. Though, a few months ago, I decided to start up my collection again, and have bought a fair few since. There's a few which I had on the top of my 'priority list', one of which was the 9th Doctor.
The 9th Doctor was played by Chris Eccleston in 2005, first bringing Doctor Who onto our C21 tv screens. Although he starred in thirteen episodes, he never seemed to change his clothes (!). This figure is dressed as he usually was, with his black leather trousers and matching black leather jacket. His red t-shirt underneath is just the right shade of red. His short dark hair is just the right 'length to resemble the actor too. They've obviously paid attention to detail - even this little 5" figure has over-sized ears ...
