This is 'double-dose' hair serum, an intensive product designed to smooth frizz and flyaway hairs. It comes in the form of a thick, clear liquid.

The first thing I noticed about this serum, is that it is a lot thicker than the Shine Silkening serum which I had been using previously. **What is it?**
This is 'double-dose' hair serum, an intensive product designed to smooth frizz and flyaway hairs. It comes in the form of a thick, clear liquid.
**How do you use it?**
You simply dispense the product into the palm of your hand, rub your palms together and smooth through the hair. The first thing I noticed about this serum, is that it is a lot thicker than the Shine Silkening serum which I had been using previously. This could be due to it being 'double-dose', however it still works through the hair easily. You only need to use a small amount - one or two pumps - as if you use too much it will make your hair look greasy, because the product is so intensive.
**Does it work?**
Yes! It's really great and one of the products I use most regularly. It smoothes any frizz and also tames the flyaway hairs I tend to get near my parting. I generally run some through my hair before straightening or blow-drying it, as it holds my hair in place. I find it works well on both dry and damp hair. It makes my hair look extremely shiny, with a lovely glossy look. As I said above, it's really important not to use too much, because if you do, your hair will go from glossy to greasy. The product needs to be washed out, as frequently brushing after applying this, seems to again make hair look greasier. .
**What's the packaging like?**
It comes in a clear square bottle, with a pale green lid and pump action dispenser. The one negative thing I will say about the packaging, is that as the bottle is clear, and the writing is so small, it is quite difficult to read it.
**How much does it cost?**
This costs £5.99 for a 75ml bottle. This works out cheaper than my previous CW serum, as although that also cost £5.99, the bottle only contained 50ml. This may still seem expensive, though the cost is not really all that bad, as I use this on a regular basis and a bottle usually lasts me around two or three months.
**What's your overall verdict?**
I love this product, and always buy it as it's cheaper than my previous one, and as it's double strength I only need to use half of the amount. This is one of the products I use most regularly and for anyone who suffers with frizz, this is great for either taming curls or as an aid to straightening. Highly recommended!

Review of Charles Worthington Q and A Frizz Double-Dose Frizz-Fix Super Serum
Advantages: Control's very hard to manage hair ! Disadvantages: none.
...by the famous hair dressier Charles Worthington, at my local store of Boot's. At the pice of £5.99 for a bottle of 65 mls .
The bottle itself is clear and very small easy to hold. It has a pale green lid and the same colour of pale green writing on the front with a large print of Q&A. This product has been made to help with question's of problemed hair and this is the answer hence the Q&A for the product's name.
Now to use, you just wash and condition ... ...Then you take a small amount of the serum which is in a bottle with a pump down dispenser. You only need a small amount around the size of a 5 pence piece. And then rub through your hair from root to tip ( you do have to wash your hand's after as you are left with a greasy feeling a bit like oil. So watch any cloths you may have on as I think if you got this on your cloths it would be hard to remove.). To make sure you get an even spread put a comb ...
