I have been buying this regularly for about a year now, and at £1.67 for 50ml it seems quite pricey (not the bottle in the picture).

However, this "intensive conditioner" works out to be quite economical: the 50ml bottle (it has a pump attachment) lasts for a good while. Three pumps are enough for shoulder length hair. A little goes a long way. It is easy to apply, is not sticky, and seems to leave no residue on combs or hair stylers.

You put it on to towel-dried hair, then comb. No need to rinse out. A real time saver. The comb glides through the hair. Great for me (and for the children).

It is said to be suitable for all hair types. Mine is fairly dry, but my children use it too. They have normal hair, coloured hair, greasy hair - works well on all of us.

It smells slightly floral (slightly medicinal too, maybe? - but that may be me).

It claims to have "hair healing" properties. I take this with a pinch of salt. But it does act as a conditioner, does reduce static, and does make hair shinier. That's enough for me.

OK, at £1.67 for 50ml it seems expensive. But as I say you don't use much each time. One bottle lasts for at least 35 treatments. Also, Boots often have these on offer at "3 for the price of 2".

I love the charles worthington stuff although i havent tried this particular one. The brand as a whole is pretty expensive but it does the job i guess! Emma x
