I decided to use this shampoo on a personal recommendation, despite being put off by the rather artificial smell.
The packaging is quite simple, but effective. The bottle is a bit of a funny shape (kind of wide and flat) so might not fit so well in washbags, etc. The price is reasonable for this type of shampoo, which i would say is somewhere between own brand and salon-type shampoos (i paid £4.25)
The shampoo lathers ... ...the hair felling very squeaky clean but not dry. I have quite limp and flyaway hair and some shampoos and conditioners make my hair look greasy after a couple of hours. However, this one made my hair feel clean for much longer and it was exceptionally shiny, like i'd polished it! ... more

Advantages: Leaves hair in a really nice condition..... Disadvantages: You've got to like the smell of a swimming pool to like this!

One thing I didn't really like was the smell. It smells like chlorine. So, I looked on the ingrdients and sure enough (amongst all the other nasty chemicals) there it was- chloride. I also noticed that CharlesWorthington don't test their products on animals which is always a good sign.
I only tend to use this once a week as I don't really feel up to spending £4 on shampoo every few weeks. It's great to use to refresh my hair but not so good as to use every day.
A normal big bottle contains 250ml. I'd say this would last for 30+ washes as you really don't need to use a lot. That's a little over 13p per wash which isn't that bad. I'd also reccomend the Superconditioner from this range. The two both work really well on my hair and when the bottle run out I'll definately be buying more.

I love CharlesWorthington products, and seem to have everything in his range of hair products. I'll be honest and tell you that i origionally bought this shampoo because it was on offer (three for two in Boots on a regular basis), looked nice, and smelt gorgeous. But since then i have realised that it is wonderful.
It suits all hairstyles, i know, i've got all my friends addicted, and makes your hair feel like silk. Literally. The smell lasts all day and if you want to make it last even longer, use the conditioner to go with it!
But be warned, once you've tried CharlesWorthington products, people will want your hair, and you'll want everything else in his range! Now they all come in treat sized Take Aways, so you can sample them before you buy the bigger bottle. Perfect.
Plus CharlesWorthington's Get Funky range is brilliant ...

I am what can be described as a "product addict" I can not enter a store without picking up at least a few new things. When I first started to use CharlesWorthington, I will admit it may have been to do with the good reputation and stylish package but it is so much more than that now. The shampoo has a good fragrance and produces a good lather, whether in a rush with quick rub or after a good head massage. Particularly impressed with the shampoo I moved on to the other products which are all off an equal standard and I always believe it is best to use the collection. Which although leaves me with a million bottles on the go at once; my hair is always in great shape! The only thing my hairdresser can complain about now is me cutting my own fringe!! he he! Result I say! ...
