...ultra-sharp cheddar shouldn't be buying Tesco Value. When I want a sharper cheddar, I pay more. When I want something easy and yummy for sandwiches, I use Tesco Value. The Red Leicester also has a great taste and is more crumbly, for those wanting a more "cheddar-like" cheese.
