ok i am 6'4 and was 10 stone ever since i left school i started the gym in hope that i could bulk up so i started a wieght programe nutrition plan and hoped for the best well after 6 months i see no results at all so i went down the sports nutrition route and not really keen on taking anything i found one product that was stated to be safe and highly effective CREATINE after looking at the hundreds that are available i decided to go to my local GNC shop and the guy recomended Chemical Nutrition Pro Creatine 3 moths i took this i followed the loadinf phase the maintencepahse and was dissapointed to another level i slogged it in the gym took this and see no restults at all i tried several other creatines and found the same no effect but then i came across one RET-RX pure creatine and it has to be said this stuff is the buisiness its really good value too it mixes well and is tastless after day 3 i saw noticible size on my arm and shoulders i was really impressed but did think it could be water retention which is a common side effect but then after i cycled off for a month my size remained and im still using to this day where im nearly 14 stone so if your really stuck for what creatine to get or want to put a bit of size on quick this is the one MET-RX pure creatine you will actually be amazed in how much you can lift after a week as for Cemical Nutrtion Pro Creatine avoid it at all costs its a waste of time and money.

I found this hard to read as you have not written in sentences and there are no capital letters. I find if I write in Word first then most corrections are picked up. You are going to find that a lot of other readers will not rate or rate low because of this lack of grammar.

yes costas 1234 alot of people in my gym were experiencing water retention and i only ever got it with a creatine from gaspari and stomach upsets too but the MeT-RX the only weight i was putting on was solid muscle which is why it impressed me because im the sort of person who finds it extremly difficult building muscle even with eating 6 meals a day. glad you like the review

good review, I tried creatine around 10 years ago, and it gave me energy and stamina in the gym, though it did cause side effects with water retention big time.
