I have used Chemist Direct twice. The first time I ordered I received my items very quickly. I don't know what has happened to their service within a six month period but I ordered from them the second time a over a week ago. What a nightmare! They haven't even bothered to ship my order yet despite my emails and calls. The customer service has been non-existant this time around. Not one notification of a shipping delay and when I phoned I was only ... ...I placed my order with this company over a week ago and they still have not bothered to dispatched it yet! I have sent emails and phoned and still nothing. If you're in a hurry for prescriptions or items do not use this company!!!No apology for the delaybut plenty of attitude from the CS lady I spoke with. I will never use this website again nor would I recommend it to anyone in a rush for their goods. They really don't care about their customers! ...

I ordered Proscar tablets from the website and was sent fake Indian generic tablets. They didn't work and when I called to explain the situation they were really rude to me. The customer service was terrible. They were rude, arrogant and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. Especially the head pharmacist. This is honestly the worst company I have ever had the unfortunate luck of dealing with. Please never use this company they are a hoax and ... ...away with such things these days. I have contacted trading standards regarding this matter. I wasted £80 and they offered me no refund or explanation. All the said is I would have to pay again if I wanted the tablets I ordered.
Never have anything to do with this company. Trust me! ...

I have to agree with most of the complaints here. Chemistdirect is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I placed my order, which i needed quickly, and i waited and waited and waited some more. I then checked their website to track my order and it was still in the process stage! Not even been dispatched! This is after 5 days. So i emailed them numerous times in a polite manner - no reply at all.
So i rang them, spoke to customer services, who ... ...didnt know what was holding my order up as everything was said to be in stock. They promised to email me or ring me back and i got neither. All they had were excuses, no solutions. To this day, i have not had any reply from email or phone from them - I have had to do all the chasing.
I should not have to waste my phone credit being put on hold so they can see where my order is, and then customer services coming back to the phone still not knowing ...

Do NOT use this company as they have absolutely no interest in customer service. My experience was that it was very difficult to get an answer and they changed the rules to suit them. The 'price promise' was something they needed 2 days to get back to me on and then they decided that although I met the conditions they were now actually out of stock however I ordered anyway and surprize, surprize, it turned up! I found that the products offered seemed to be much cheaper than at my local pharmacy. I was surprised at the savings on hayfever tablets which I pay much more for at my local chemist as well as from my supermarket where I am only able to get in packs of 7. The service was pretty good, I ordered on Friday and received my order by Saturday. The overall service was very good. The only downside I found was that I was only able to order 6 boxes which ...
