Advantages: Good range of loans, mimimal fees.
Disadvantages: Not enough telephone contact - too much paperwork

well at first we were gratefull to them for getting us a first mortgage, they retained some money for work that needed doing but no more than was expected. when it comes down to getting your money of them dont expect them to sort it out quikly will you. we sent all our things off and was told we would get it in a week no more, 4 weeks later we still hadnt got it, 5 times they said ythey would phone back, 2 times they said if there is no problem we ...
...our builders to threaten legal action on us for them to get their fingers out and give us our money we were owed. disgracefull behaviour for a big company we phoned up ever day to keep a check on the situation and still to no avail,they have really gone down in my estimations and as soon as we can move our mortgage we will, they are all to quick to start taking your mortgage payments but not to relises the money they owe you. awful ...
