The product is actually two small pizzas around five inches in diameter, weighing 170g each and comes in a jazzy blue box with a picture of the pizza on the front. The promotion was 76 pence off, so for 99 pence I was getting a bargain lunch.
One of the best things about this product is that you can cook it in the microwave as well as the oven. Either way you need to cook the product from ... ...you can cook this product in just three minutes, and after leaving it to cool for a minute, its ready to cook. The only problem with this is that you can only cook one at a time which does involve a bit of messing about but also means that you can eat the first one whilst the second is cooking. Each pizza comes with its own cardboard tray that (it has instructions) is easy to turn into a stand, this gives the pizza height and therefore better cooking ...

...freezer and finally decided on Chicago town ham and pineapple deep dish pizza.

THE PACKET
************
The packet is nearly a foot long by half a foot wide and a medium blue in colour. On the front you have the Chicago town logo, along with the contents of packet and a rather ‘tasty’ picture of a nice looking ham and pineapple pizza, split in half, with cheese dripping from the split. It doesn’t say how ‘friendly’ the packaging is, ... ...*************** THE PRODUCT
*************** Each packet contains two small pizzas (about 5 inches round) and cost about £1.09 from Sainsbury’s. Opening the packet reveals two nice looking pizza individually wrapped in a plastic wrapping. Removing the plastic from the pizzas is not an easy task. You’ll need either scissor or a sharp knife to remove it.

Advantages: Handy for a quick snack Disadvantages: Too expensive for regular use
...Iceland I decided to try Chicago Town Deep pan Pizzas. These Pizzas are individual Pizzas, which come with their own cooking tray ready to heat up in the microwave. You usually get 2 in a box that is 3 boxes for my family, not a cheap option at about £1 per pizza! The Pizzas can be heated up one at a time in the microwave. They are taken out of their plastic wrapper and placed on their cardboard tray. When in the microwave they take 3 minutes to ... ...'CAUTION: FILLING WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT'.
This warning is well stated, so beware. My children enjoyed eating their Chicago town Deep Dish Pizzas. They were very easy to eat and appetising but they will not have them often even though they were very handy. ...

Advantages: Quick, Easy to cook, relatively inexpensive. Disadvantages: NOTHING Like the Real thing
Try as they might, Chicago Town can't get their version to taste like the 'Real Thing'.
I love a good Pizza don't you? One where the dough melts in your mouth and the topping actually tastes of something. Sadly, the vast majority of shop-bought Pizzas fail the taste test.
Sure, they are edible and these Chicago Town ones are as good - if not better - than most. They include the correct ingredients, but somewhere along the line, they just become ... ...go down to your nearest Sainsbury's and pick up one of the Pizza Express range (supposedly EXACTLY the same as the 'Gourmet' pizzas that chain sells) and TASTE THE DIFFERENCE.
So to sum up...Yep, Chicago Town pizzas - everyone knows the name, but they just don't taste the same! ...

...Most of my buddies here on Ciao should know by now that I really do love my food and in particular Pizza.
Also, being a lazy so and so I love my microwave, when my other half isn’t here to cook me up a feast, I rely on my tiny nuclear buddy to warm up my grub.
One small snag though, you can’t generally cook pizza in a microwave, well you can with a ChicagoTownDeeppanpizza.
They are available in a variety of flavors, Pepperoni, Ham and Pineapple, Triple cheese, BBQ Chicken, Ham and Mushroom and new Hot and spicy. This opinion will be about one flavor, my favorite, Pepperoni DROOL!
Here are my findings:
~~~~~~WHAT ARE THEY?~~~~~~
ChicagoTowndeeppanpizza’s are small pastry cups spread with a spicy tomato sauce, they are then topped generously with cheese and whatever topping you have chosen. They are more like the American style...
