...narrow it down to the Chicco and a similar mamas and papas model.
We visited our local baby shop to road-test both models and were immediately taken with the ease of use, versatility and competetive price of the Chicco.
The Chicco 2003 trio consists of a telescopic fold pushchair (similar to an umbrella fold, very compact but slightly longer when folded), a rigid-side carrycot and a stage 0+ car seat/infant carrier. The real beauty of this system ... ...we used mainly the carrycot/pushchair. Chicco have designed a revolutionary clic-clac fixing system which means that you just recline the pushchair seat and place the carrycot or car seat on top and click it into place. To remove them you just press two buttons and lift - it really is that simple!
The carrycot is excellent. It has an adjustable back which can be raised or lowered by means of a wheel at the head of the cot even while the baby is ...

The Chicco 3 in 1 2003 travel system
So that's it you have found out your pregnant, the coming months will have you planning and preparing in a way you never thought possible, you will be asking yourself all sorts of silly questions, like 'is it a boy or girl', 'what colour clothes do I buy', and the biggest and probable most important question ' which pram do I by?' Advantages: Pram, Pushchair, car seat, carrycot. lots of storage below Disadvantages: Quite bulky, didn't come with a rain cover
With all the different prams and pushchairs around these days it's quite overwhelming making sure you get the right one.
So many of them fit a car seat on top but one with a carrycot we found difficult to find. For small babies it's dangerous to leave them in those car seats for long periods as it shapes their spine. So therefore we definately wanted one that lets baby lie flat. We bought this from Mothercare in 2004 in the January sales so got ... ...They also let you order in advance, tell them due date save having it in the house before the babie arrives. ( helpful if you're supersticious, or just want to make the most of a sale without having huge boxes for months before baby due) Was shocked that we had to buy extras though the New born head support cushion or rain cover were not included we were told about the cushion before purchase however not about the rain cover.
The carrycot clips ...

Quick review of Chicco 2003 Trio Travel System Review ofChicco 2003 Trio Travel Systemby
Diletta
It's very stylish (it is after all an italian design!) and comes in a range of cool colour combinations. It's easy to push and manoeuvre and not too heavy. It's got everything you need from birth onwards. I have used the pushchair for three years now and it's still in excellent condition.. It's a bit pricey but very sturdy and definetely worth the money.

My daughter bought this pram for her eldest child. We saw it in Argos half price and bought it when she was only a few months pregnant. After some research we found that if we bought the matching car seat we could turn this into a travel system, this was more
In choosing which pram to buy we looked at a few prams in a high street store and then bought this one online. There were a few things that we wanted in a pram and these were cost, ease of use, weight and size. We plumped for the Silver Cross as in my... more
