Hello all,
My name is Rebecca and I am 25 years old. I am married and have two gorgeous boys. I love reading reviews before I take the plunge and buy things. So now I have decided to write some reviews myself.

I am currently using this highchair for my 10 month old son.
I had a Chicco highchair for my eldest son when he was a baby and remember being impressed with it, so I decided to purchase a Chicco one again for baby number two.....
I purchased the highchair in the Pois Blue colour. It does come in various different colours, suitable for boys, girls or unisex.
I paid £49.99 from Mothercare. This may be cheaper elsewhere, look for deals online and in stores.
The highchair required some minimal assembley, nothing too taxing! The instructions included with the highchair are clear and easy to follow, with some clear diagrams.
The highchair includes:
Footrest 4 - position removable tray 3 - posistion recining backrest Deep, well padded seat Large storage basket 5 - point safety harness
The highchair is suitable from 6 months to 3 years (15kg)
It weighs 6.3 kg
The reason I purchased this highchair was because I liked the storage basket underneath and the fact that it was reasonably priced. I think that you learn with each baby that there isn't much point spending a fortune on things as they get outgrown quickly!!!
My son is very happy sitting in the highchair, it is spacious, but secure. Also, the reclining seat comes in handy as he is inclined to fall asleep in it sometimes, and it is nice to be able to lay him back.
The base is extremely secure, my son is a wriggler and it doesn't budge an inch.
The tray is easy to remove and clean. There is a cup holder moulded into it. You can adjust the tray as they grow to allow for more room.
The storage basket is fantastic. I keep some of his toys, wipes and clean bibs in there. It is so handy and can free up space elsewhere.
To be honest, I don't fold the highchair down very often as we have quite a lot of space in our kitchen, but when I have folded it down, it has been easy to do and folds quite compact. You just have to press the orange buttons and push the base with your foot.
The highchair is reasonably easy to clean. I normally give it daily wipe down, and a big strip clean every two weeks.
The seat pad is easily removed and so is the harness. Make sure you allow plenty of time for it to dry as it can take a while. I normally use a mild detergent on the seat pad and harness and hoover out the highchair and use an antibacterial cleaner.
You will probably have to empty out the storage bag too, as this can sometimes catch crumbs! Quite handy for keeping your floor clean!!!
Overall, I do really like this highchair, and find it to be good value for money.
The only disadvantages I have found are:
-Recliner part is a bit 'plasticy'
-Underneath the tray, the rim is a bit rough. If my son is only wearing a bodysuit and lifts his legs it can make his legs a bit sore.
Reasons to buy:
-Easy to clean
-Good price
-Good selection of colours
-Lightweight
-VERY handy storage bag
-Easy to adjust as child grows.
So if you are looking for a reasonably priced highchair for your little one, the Chicco Happy snack might just be the one for you!

Advantages: folds flat, reclines, tray comes off easily, underchair storage. Disadvantages: Can be difficult to collapse impossible if you only have one hand free, bits get trapped.
