Strong and sturdy, with plenty of room to work inside, and conservative, understated looks, I would rate this as an excellent case for a gamer's PC. It's a little large, but that shouldn't put off the serious gamer. The only problem I've had is that the door on the front has broken off (a silly mistake on my part, nothing to do with the construction of the unit. I don't know if it would be possible to replace the side panel to display case mods/lighting, but I suppose it's feasible. I have LED fans (80mm) in mine, which look really great in the front grille. I'm about to rebuild my system all over again, and I have no intention of replacing the case, it's a great unit, worth every penny.
