This book cleverly shifts from past to present. Cartimandua (one of the two main ladies in the book also known as Carta) is introduced to the reader as a young girl who's destiny is to rule her own tribe, the Brigantes. She has to conquer invaders, deal with death, survive miscarriages and most poignantly fight against a deadly curse set in revenge from a dangerous woman.

Barbara herself talks you through the poses as she does them. There are also 2 of her 'students' standing behind her, one demonstrating the beginners level of each posture and the other what you can achieve when you are more advanced.

WHAT IS IT: Phoenix Wright:Ace Attorney is a cartoon adventure game for the Nintendo DS released in 2005. You play Phoenix Wright a hapless rookie lawyer who must work alongside a number of other somewhat bizarre characters to gather enough evidence to crack a case through cross examination in court.
GAMEPLAY: There are two main modes in the game: investigation and trial. In investigation mode, you have to travel around a number of different locations to gather evidence.
