...title of the book is Dipsy Dances, all the teletubbies feature equally in the book. There is a book for each teletubby in the range, but I haven't tried any of those yet. Each teletubby has a double paged spread in which they do some sort of movement i.e. dancing, jumping and marching. The interactive element for children is on every page. Along the bottom of the page, there is a raised line which follows the path of the teletubby across the page, ...
...line with their finger, my son does try on his own but ends up jabbing the book rather than following the line! The text on the pages is very simple as well. It says something like "Dipsy dancing." on the page, obvioulsy it varies according to the teletubby and what movement they are doing. ...While Eragon was essentially simplistic, Eldest is layered with other themes and multiple narratives. Hello, this is your Penguin speaking is a fun little hard back book which we bought for our eldest son as he likes penguins. The cover of the book is nice and bright and has lots of penguins all doing funny things and the title in white bubble in black writing. The back cover of the book shows a picture of space with penguins in space helmets and aliens and rockets in the sky. Upon opening the book there are lots of small pictures with writing ...
...pictures are objects featured in the story. The story starts with penguin reading his favourite book and wishing that he could fly. He thought that if he could fly he would be able to carry passengers. He says he would call himself Penguin Air Tours and starts running around making a vroom noise. ...write fun books for children and this one is no exception. And to think that I saw it on Mulberry Street is a great book which my eldest is loving at the minute.
