Very Good Read
Advantages: Good characters and easy to follow Disadvantages: Slightly predicable in some places
...i couldnt put it down.
Man vs Beast opens the reader up to real life, as though kids are agents, they do come into contact with violence, hatred, and love, this is all present in the book.
The storyline is based on a controversial issue in society, which is testing on animals, the reader is able to see both sides of the debate.
i would recommend this book to anyone over the age of around thirteen. ...

One Small Step for Bob!
Advantages: Cheerful, bright and bold illustrations. Disadvantages: Some of the jokes are more for the adults than the kids!
...am in love with a man other than my husband! It’s not as bad as it sounds, because the OTHER man in my life is purely fictional. His name is Bob and he is the subject of an excellent picture book for younger readers called Man on the Moon: A Day in the Life of Bob. It is written and illustrated by Simon Bartram (who also provided pictures for books such as Pumpkin Moon, A Christmas Wish and Night and the Candlemaker).
~~~THE PLOT.
Man on the Moon, ... ...in the life of a man called Bob. Bob is an astronaut and also works as a kind of caretaker on the moon. This book follows him from when he gets up and goes through his daily routine ~ he has breakfast, gets on his bike, cycles to the launch pad, takes his rocket to the moon, clears up ready for visitors and gives talks and sells souvenirs. He has a picnic at lunchtime (with his friends the Man on Saturn and the Man on Mars) and then clears up before ...
Mister Monday
Advantages: Godd for the younger audience, captivating Disadvantages: May be a bit predicatble if too old
Mister Monday is the story of Arthur, a young boy who is meant to die due to asthma. He is saved by a mysterious stranger who pulls him into a world of magic and secrets. He becomes asaviour, rescuing the denizens of the 'House' from the grip of the 7 Trustees.
I've seen a lot of reviews saying its free but i had to pay for mine. But that still isn't an excuse for not reading it. I read it years ago when i was the age it is aimed at and i enjoyed ... ...it one of my favourate books as it got my imagination churning! Unfortunately this book IS aimed at the younger audience and may be a bit predictable to any adults readers. So beware, unless your young you may not get the full effect!
Garth Nix is a very good author, at the moment I'm reading the Sabriel, etc series again as this still keeps me awake and interested. So i'm recomending all his work to everyone. ...
Magnetic Magic!
Advantages: Good chunky magnets, entertaining, loads of fun Disadvantages: None!
...presents for a while!
My Fireman Sam Magnet Book is a relatively new book in the Fireman Sam franchise made for toddlers and older children. This book is a lovely hardback, with its top half in bright red, just like the Fire Engine Jupiter, with a big picture of Fireman Sam and Jupiter on the bottom half of the book. It's lovely and bright, really eye-catching and very inviting for children. My first impressions of the book were really good and ... ...and child-friendly as well!
My only complaint about the book would be the size of the drawer. When you first get the book, all the pieces are sat in nicely, but obviously they all need to come out. The problem came when I tried to get them back in again and they wouldn't lay flat properly so I had to almost force the drawer shut. It's quite tough to get them all in properly, especially when Harry is trying to help, so you definitely need adult help ...
