    I've often thought I'd quite enjoy the life of a monk . Leaving out the fact that I'm the wrong sex, a little too sexually active, and that I don't particularly believe in religion, I'd have had a great time . At least I would have, if I'd been in the Chimay abbey . Now, Belgium has a great reputation for abbey beers, and Chimay Tripel White is, in my humble opinion, one of the best! Belgian abbey beers are numerous, but most of these, although having roots in monastic brewing, have become large corporations and are no longer made by monks.
