This book has a unique and very readable style. Jason makes it fun and interesting. He gives lots of information about the chocolate industry and helps the reader to see the myths behind the world of chocolate adverts.
He helps the reader to see how we have been brainwashed into believing that chocolate is not only good for us but that it is the thing to buy at certain times eg birthdays, christmas or just anytime we feel we need a boost or treat.
Jason helps us to see why we are eating so much chocolate and how we can choose to no longer eat it without it bothering us.
I highly recommend this book as this is the first one I read (Jason has written several others) which really got me thinking about what I put into my body. I then went on to buy his book 'Slim 4 Life, Freedom from the Food Trap' and got into juicing which I really enjoy.
On the back of the book it quotes ' Jason Vale takes you on a journey which will end in your breaking free from the chocolate 'hook'. By the time Chocolate Busters has worked its magic, not will you be happy not to eat chocolate but you will not envy anyone who does!
If you are hoping to break free from your chocolate addiction then I highly recommend this book.
