the product was very good but i had to wait ages and i mean ages and they take the money almost imediatley with no reply when the goods arrive they pester you on the web for more orders i found a better next day service elswere with better all round service. ...

Firstly let me start by saying that I used to buy cartridges from another website, thinking I was getting a good deal (especially as I was able to 'enjoy' members club prices.) but I was then recommended Choice by a friend at work. I am a primary teacher, so I use tonnes of ink. How pleased was I that I had discovered a new site that was dirt cheap!! My school was also paying £30 + for cartridges but now enjoys packs of 4 for around £10!! They can ...
...site is easy to use. New products appear on the home page, whilst clicking on 'enter the shop' takes you to a contents type page. This is listed in the middle of the screen under headings with a tiny 'clue' to what they are about. I ordered a cartridge. The website quoted delivery time at 2-5 working days. Fine. After two days they had taken the money from my account - must be on it's way then, good. After about 5 working days it hadn't turned up so I phoned them to see what had happened to my order. They said they were having trouble getting hold of it. In this siutation (out of stock item) firstly, they should not have taken payment, secondly, they should have told me it ...
...but at the very least in an email) and, thirdly, given me the option of cancelling the order (as any reputable e-shop does). They said they were expecting delivery in a few days (which would be the 10th working day after ordering). It's now the 14th working day and I'm still waiting for the thing to arrive. Still no contact from them to keep me updated or apologise for delay (or offer my money back). ...
