i found a advertisement in a magazine to get a choice catalogue, so i decided to get one to see what it was like. I've now been an agent for about 3 years now. I have other catalogues as well as choice like freemans and look again. I think all the catalogues i have are expensive really. When you place your first order with choice they give you a introductory offer which is £15 to spend in your catalogue or 15% off your first order, which i thought was a good deal really. Your order usually comes withing 2 - 3 working days, especially if you ring up with your order. If you send your order by post it usually takes a while longer. The good thing about choice is that you do not have to pay for the catalogue like you do qwith next catalogue and also when you order things its interest free credit whereas a lot of catalogues aren't. Thye few times i have rung up customers service line, well its usually busy, so you do have to try quite a few times to get through or they usually put you on hold listening to music for about 10 minutes or so. When you do get through enventually they are usually helpful. I've never had any problems with choice up to date, so im still with them and will continue to do so.

Advantages: You are able to pay for goods over a period if money is not at hand to buy right out. Disadvantages: I feel we pay over the odds for the above priviledge but to add charges on top is wrong.

Advantages: In Store "Ambiance". Good Prices, Many Offers. Cheerful Staff. Well Stocked Excellent Cafe Disadvantages: Smell of Fish! No Local Store. Some Isles Cluttered With Overflow Stock.
