Advantages: Great products at lower prices Disadvantages: You may end up with a faulty product but this is the same with new products anyway
I ordered a Krups coffee machine which arrived the next day. The coffee machine was unfortunately faulty so I reported it by email that evening. I received a response very quickly asking if I wanted a refund or replacement at which I requested a replacement which I received the following day, no hesitation whatsoever. They sell graded products which as far as I can tell could be anything from a refurbished item to one with a battered box therefore ... ...be afraid to buy from them. The website was easy to use and I paid with paypal which is great. Will definitely check them out again next time I buy an electrical product. I ordered for less than half price a Krupps coffee maker and received it intact 2 days after ordering ie today. I had no trouble and was texted today by the courier to notify delivery .I looked at this site today and my heart sank but then I received the text and soon after the delivery.Sorry that other people have been unlucky but my experience was fine.
