I was informed that this product was the "New" pattern and was NOT informed that there was NO stock of this item.
I placed an order for 7 of the above item and to make a carriage paid order I added items that matched this "Cutlery ... ...I was never contacted by Choiceful.com and contrary to their web site "When you place an order, our stock inventory will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We will send you both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account."

NO delivery dates were sent whatsoever. An email was sent by them ...

Advantages: non Disadvantages: items show in stock when in fact they ARE NOT
Ordered items from choiceful.com. Never received items was chasing them up with telephone calls and emails. Telephone number constantly gives an engaged tone, regardless of what time you ring. Finally email was answered to informing me that items were out of stock, even though when placing and paying for order it showed items where available. A full refund would be given. So now after having emailed them because a refund still hasnt been given, I ... ...because its done online that it is not possible to send any type of proof. So to date I have no items and no refund. Have emailed them again and I am still waiting to here of an update. I would Never reccomend to anybody and the customer service is VERY POOR. Truely fed up with them!!! ...

Recently i bought an item from choiceful,iam very much satisfied with the item and customer service and i really appriciate. I've always had my email replys answered on (nearly) the sameday and delivery of my orders within the estimated time.I will add choiceful to ma favorites list.

...subject of buying from Choiceful.com I too found them the worst company I have dealt with to date on the web.
They debited my credit card the day I ordered the item, but weeks later I found it was not in stock. Bad retail practice this to take money for an item you do not con-currently carry in stock.
Three e-mails to cancel order, no reply. Also like others I could not raise anyone on the telephone.
HOWEVER, I did get my money back. I wrote to ... ...reimbursed within seven days I would take action through the Small Claims Court. This is a simple process which you can now do on line AND I would have gone ahead.
Also I threatened to report them to Birmingham Trading Standards.
All this seemed to have the right effect because my money was paid within the seven working day timetable I had set.
Suggest those of you who have not had a repayment for a cancelled order try this approach.

Advantages: Who cares about cheap if it's the wrong thing!!!!!!! Disadvantages: They ignore you once they have your cash
Initially the site looked good and the products looked to be well priced. I ordered a simple mower blade, code BD033. My order was processed and sent quite quickly but then the trouble started. I received a drive belt with the code BD003 and not my blade code BD033! Even the invoice stated a metal blade, BD033 but the box was obviously different. I tried to phone and got a constant engaged tone. I sent an e-mail and was ignored. I tried phoning again ... ...resent another e-mail and was again ignored. I phoned again after two weeks, got a ringing tone then someone hung up! I sent I have never managed to speak to them, they have ignored my requests for assistance. After checking my 3 Enquiry numbers each of them is 'not recognised' by the web-site; perhaps as they are complaints they have been deleted to improve their complaint ratings?
Basically they have left me with a feeling they are cowboys and ...
