I was informed that this product was the "New" pattern and was NOT informed that there was NO stock of this item. I placed an order for 7 of the above item and to make a carriage paid order I added items that matched this "Cutlery Set" so I would have a full set. I ordered some chrome hinges back in April 09. The money was deducted from my bank account by Nochex straight away once the order was placed. I still haven't received my order and have emailed Choiceful several times both via the website and other email addresses and have had no response. The telephone numbers are either engaged or ring out until you are cut off. I have shopped on line for something like 10 years. I made my first order with Choiceful at the end of Nov, expecting it to take up to a week. Afterwards I browsed through the site a bit, impressed with the range of items. Why not buy a few more things for the home... so once again I went through the checkout, no hassles there, Order No. 2 done and dusted. Fast forward a couple of weeks later, I get a call from the place I used to live (which I used as my billing address)... they received my second order. DO NOT BUY from these people * The website lists items as in stock when they are not. * The telephones are constantly engaged. * Their warehouse is registered as a 2nd floor office! * They tell you they have refunded you and the money doesn't reach your account. * They say (only when you ask by email and eventually get an answer), the refund hasn't happened due to a technical error. *They say the stock levels on the website are due to a technical error.
