Although I like alot Christian Dior products (especially her foundation), her perfume is my least favourie product. I think that Addict was her last perfume and that was very rich ... ...smell because, I was in Saphora in Angel- London, where I was trying to buy a new perfume, and after taking one sniff of Addict- I couldn't smell another one no matter how much I squirted and sniffed. So I left Saphora a bit miffed.

I wouldn't say that I like strong fragrances, I prefer the more subtle type of perfumes that are not spicy. But there are always those exceptions such as my Coco Chanel perfume.

****How I discovered J'Adore****
Well as any girl would really- shopping! I went out shopping with my boyfriend Duncan and I dragged him into Rackhams in Leicester, hinting that Christmas was coming up...needless to say he got the hint and I got the perfume as a present this Christmas!!!!!! Love you (both)! But that was only after the kind laddy behind the counter sprayed a little onto a card. After wafting it around to get rid of the escence of alcohol, I took my first sniff. Needless to say I should never d drugs- nor should you! But because I was hooked!!!!! I couldn't stop sniffing it all day long!!!! and I kept the card and put it in my underwear draw to everytime I opened it I got a wonderful smell!!!
****J'Adore- availability****
Well it comes as a perfume or as an Eau d' Toilet. Do you know the difference beween the two? No? Well a fragrance in the perfue format is much stonger than the Eau d' Toilet. Its the fragrance in its pure form. But if you think that the scent is a tad too strong, you can always try the Eau d' Toilet which will have a very similar smel but will not be as strong.
Over the Christmas period in Rackhams you could get the largest bottle of perfume with a creme in a gift box for £42 (I think) and a smaller bottle ( I think either 100ml or 50ml) of perfume with the shower gel and creme for just £32. The perfect gift I think.
****J'Adore****
What do I smell like when I where it? Gorgeous! I have been told this on so many occassions by people when Im wearing it- buy it!
But a bit of advice before you ever buy a perfume- smell it first on a card, then go back another day and spray some on you and wear it for a day. Why? That way you will see how the smell suits you. Every person has their own individual smell, and our own smells either blendin and enhance the perfume or you repel each other. Each perfume's smell develops throughout the day. It doesn't stay the same from the time that you spray it from the bottle. The heat from your bady alters it and the question is- could love it enough to live with it?
****J'Adore and Staying power****
I was going round to Duncan's house to help him celebrate after the Christmas and I thoght as a sign of seductive appreciation I would wear his perfume. And well needless to say I had a good night that continued later in the morning. But thats not the point- the point is in the morning- Duncan said to me that I smelled nice! I mean come on! Who smells NICE after a steamy night of passion- plus there's always mornign breath to contend with! But J'Adore did! Now you know why it has staying power! LOL
Thank you for reading my review- even if yo thought it was a little naughty- I hope it made you laugh in parts- now pull yourself together and go and buy it! Honestly!

FACT: Dior's J'adore is now officially my favourite perfume.
WHY I BOUGHT IT.....
Having previously been a No.1 fan of Dior Addict, I decided to have a change and try J'adore instead to see if it could live up to Addict's standards. The reuslt was that I was so impressed by J'adore that I now prefer it to Addict.
WHAT'S IT LIKE?
J'adore has a heavy, sweet, floral scent that is perfect for nights out and special occasions. It has a timeless, classy ... ...this you can get away with using just a small amount, so a bottle lasts for ages - a 30ml bottle lasts me around 5-6 weeks, using an average of 3-4 applications a week. Also, the scent doesn't wear off quickly, so I tend to only need to apply it once before I go out, then not have to reapply. It even withstands smoky nightclub atmospheres! :)

Thank goodness for Christian Dior who have created J’adore, a perfume that gives me all of the things I desire in one little bottle.
You do not have to douse yourself in J'adore, a few little sprays here and there will last all day, even though you can't smell it after a while, others can.
The bottle itself is sensual, I would even go as far as to say erotic to the touch, starting at the bottom of the bottle which is clear silky smooth ... ...to a metalic ribbed looking neck, which has a smooth round glass looking ball on the top. Very pleasing to the eye.
The only problem is price, but heck, who cares when you know you smell good from the added ingredients, like the bright yellow champaca flowers which give of such a beautiful scent that you can smell them from several yards away. It was from these flowers that the world famous Joy perfume originated.
Then there are other enticing ...

I like my perfume, the more i have the happier i am.
It`s like Jewelry, a girl can never have enough.
Now the lure of J`Adore, this is my second favourite perfume, the first being Chanel Christalle. A very, very close second i might add.
I was first bought J`Adore back in 2000 when it was first launched by the house of Chrstian Dior.
My partner had been away & as a present he bought me back a large bottle of J`Adore, god i thought id died & gone ... ...J`Adore is such a refreshing fragrance that lift`s your spirit`s on a gloomy day.
J`Adore is a really light, pretty & very feminine perfume. That can be worn any where at allmost anytime.
Just close your eyes & smell the fragrance of J`Adore, you can catch the floral blend of Orchid`s, Violet`s ,Rose & a hint of musk.

Come`s in a Ivory & Gold coloured box, nothing fancy but classy looking as is the bottle.

A simple but beautiful bottle, with a gold aura to it. The golden spring is unusual and distinctive while not being too fussy, and all in all this is a very attractive bottle to have on your dressing table.
