I purchase this as a present for my mum occassionally, purely because I can't offord to pay this much for, to be honest, a rather small portion of perfume! ... ...now and again when I can sneak a spray of my mum's perfume.

I purchase this as a present for my mum occassionally, purely because I can't offord to pay this much for, to be honest, a rather small portion of perfume! So I still get to enjoy the wonderfull scent every now and again when I can sneak a spray of my mum's perfume.

**How long did it last?** Smell lingers all day/night and can be smelt still on the morning after! The only problem was how long the quantity of the perfume lasted! It seemed to disappear within about 2-3 months (when all my other perfume last for donkies! aka. about 6 months!!).
**PACKAGING** It comes in different sizes of cube-shaped black boxes. The box is decorated nicely and has the famour Dior logo on it, which is why it is particularly nice to give as a present. The bottle is simplistic and sophisticated (as seen in the display picture for this product). There were no problems with the bottle or its ability to spray. Contains 30ml of perfume. The design of the bottle could have been a tad more creative due to the large price tag, but it still had a fairly nice appearance.
**Why 4 stars out of 5** Purely because of the gorgeous, intense smell!! Very clean cut and expensive looking (probably because it was expensive) packaging appearance and so great for presents! The reason I didn't give the 5th star was that it was a bit overpriced for the amount of perfume. I do recommend this product as it is a truelly gorgeous smell. Perfect for going out at night, celebrations and dates etc.

Advantages: great evening scent, gorgeous bottle Disadvantages: not for day wear
Pure Poison by Christian Dior, an interesting name for a perfume I thought, and one that I definitely had to sample. On initial spray, it was very strong and I wasn't too sure it was for me, but it was one of those perfumes that you continue to sniff as time passes and it takes on a different form, and you end up liking it more and more.
Convinced, I bought myself a bottle - pretty expensive for a small bottle of 30ml, about £30 when I bought it ... ...been wearing this perfumes for nights out at is somewhat overpowering for any other time. it is a very strong, heavy, seductive scent. It is made from orange blossom, jasmine, sandalwood and amber and is incredibly unique. Very little needs to be applied on each wear as the scent is so heavy, especially initially. I find the scent improves with wear, so would often apply a good hour before I was due to go out, that way it would also be less overpowering ...

It is enough strong but it can be worn by the morning until the afternoon for a exit. Fine, separate and intensely sensual. The bottle is very beautifully drawn as the all perfumes of Dior . It is a very beautiful proposal for gift as also and in order to it enriches your personal collection. Fine, separate and intensely sensual, it is the symbol of elegance and femininity that proposes Dior for the modern season. I wear it in my work and I feel splendidly when my colleagues tell how much they like my perfume. Ιt is not greasy and does not leave stains in the clothes. I propose in whoever like the strong perfumes to try it. ...

Pure Poison Elixir is a really sexy evening perfume, it is a bit like the original Pure Poison but just that little bit different. I think it is more grown up, more sophisticated if you like.I actually don't really like the original one but the Elixir is my favourite perfume.

Advantages: A gentle scent that's not too overpowering and the bottle looks cool too! Disadvantages: One of the pricey ones I'm afraid!
I don't like wearing very many perfumes, I'm one of those back to basic girls, less is more types! Plus I find it hard to find a scent that I like.
This perfume was a gift, one I was very grateful to recieve, and something that I wear everyday.
The light and 'woody' smell to the perfume is great because it's not overpowering at all. It's really light and feminine, and I find it good to wear out going out or to the office!
I love the name of it ... ...is really cute, easy to spray on, and the best part is that it lasts you for ages! (bearing in mind I use it everyday, I've still got loads left and I've had it for about a year!)
The smell also stays for quite a while, I can still smell it on me by the evening.
This fragrance is pure sexy, fiesty, feminine poison in a bottle! For those of you girls who aren't too keen on wearing perfume, but would like to try a first one, I recommend this!

Advantages: sexy seductive, very alluring.attracts the alphamale Disadvantages: a bit on the pricy side, but worth it.
this is 1 of my fav perfumes- i love it. the fragrance lingers for a while cuz its an eau de parfum and does not need to be reapplied like crazy.i would suggest u use the matching lotion or shower gel if u want it linger all day long.i would say its a very sexy seductive perfume, nice one the blokes can get for their missus with xmas round the corner.i adore the bottle, its a pearlised round bottle. only downfall is that its a lil pricy but i guess ...
