Advantages reliability and space

Disadvantages none

I have never been that bothered by cars before. As far as I was concerned they got me from A to B as quickly as possible in one piece!!!

Then I test drove the voyager……

We had been thinking about trading in our Estate for a while and had been looking at lots of MPV’s, the Galaxy, Zaffira, etc. But on test drive of the Voyager I fell in love fortunately my other half, David, felt the same.

We bought her second hand and have now had her for 10 months and I still love her (so do the kids)

She feels so spacious inside, even by kids can’t reach to kill each other!!!!

She handles beautifully and is a really smooth ride.

I am afraid I can’t give any technical information but will tell you about the features I enjoy…

Electric seats mean moving from one driver to another is made so much easier and when there is a big height difference (as with me and my partner) it makes life simpler.

The air con is quick to work and very efficient.

Electric wing mirrors are useful.

Cruse control took a while to get use to – I didn’t know what to do with my foot!!! But now on long distances I use it all the time. I don’t bother for short journeys.

The space is amazing, sitting in the driver or passenger side you do not feel in anyway cramped, the seats are like arm chairs as are the first two back seats. The back 3 seats are more conventional but still roomy. We can even fit in the kid’s bikes easily if we take out the back 3 seats along, with games and picnics.
There are also plenty of places for storage and drinks holders which is very useful.

We splashed out when we got the car and fitted a playstation with central screen for the kids, although David now wants to travel in the back!!!! It means long journeys are a little less fraught!!!

It is a diesel and reasonable economical ( sorry I don’t have a clue about miles to the gallon!!).

For security we had an alam fitted

I think that is probably it…

I love her and would recommend anyone looking for a MPV to try a test drive - it is worth it.

I enjoyed reading your review. Although we don't own one of these (yet), we have had a test drive in one and totally fell in love with it. Sadly finances didn't allow us to purchase at that time, but hopefully in the future we will be able to get one.
