No drama in a crisis
A few years ago I bought a VW Scirocco. Can you believe some companies won't even insure this model? (It's a coupe, and it's quick, but it's hardly a Ferrari!). After several phone calls I insured it with Churchill, their quote being £100 less than the first company I tried. Last year somebody ran into the back of me, just when I was about to sell the car! A major crisis was averted by the speed and efficiency with which Churchill dealt with my claim, and the approved repairer did a superb job.
Both my current vehicles are insured with Churchill.

I'm glad your claim was sorted out efficiently, but this op doesn't really help me. It needs a lot more info about customer service, policy details, repairs, hidden charges, ... etc.
