Now i am always one to shop around for quotes and price comparisons...so Churchill gave me the cheapest quote on a second car compared to all the other top insurance providers.
I went with CHurchill, I spoke to a guy over the phone to do my quote and details so he did all the work rather than me doing it on line and i wanted to be certain the quote was right.
I then renewed it the following year and noticed it had gone up by about £20.00! but stayed with them up until September 2006 when i finally sold my other car then rang Churchill to cancel, they were rather persistant as to why i wanted to cancel? but i would not comment why? i chose to cancel because my insurance provider for the first car is located on my doorstep and they give me the best deal as i have been with them for years and i actually go into the office and pay it myself.
Would i go with Churchill again? yes if the quote is right.
No there was no room to haggle, it was very fast service, cover note came within 2 days....certificate within a week, it was for fully comprehensive insurance £196.00 no claims as it is for a 2nd car, car at the time was a rover metro 'M' reg.
