It is very helpful to have a guide as it is hard to get your head around the multiple ways to use this website. I like the no nonsense approach and would like to see more. The competitions are held without anyone being sure what to do. Is it really a competion?

Advantages: having some money which we really craving in ciao
Disadvantages: Too many to mention!

Ciao competition, what competition? Ciao introduced a weekly competition, product of the week they called it and believe me it's not worth it. £7 for the first, £5 for the second and as little as £3 for coming third. In my opinion this competition should be stopped, so much stress and at the end of the day you may be win or maybe not. Product of the Week. How do you rate yours?

Advantages: could make some extra cash
Disadvantages: boring, uninspiring and repetative
