Advantages compelling
Disadvantages it ends
Nothing can really prepare you for this book and i didn't know what to expect when i first sat down to read it.
I was recomended it by my English teacher for some Easter reading last year and i had no idea what to read as i always seem to have read everything. (i know this is impossible but it does)In my opinion a good book is one where you get quite upset when you finish it cause you know you will never get to read it again. It was like that with this one.
The characters are very compelling and you can really imagine them there with you. The book moves at a good pace and the imagery is well balanced with the narrative. The story is lovely and sweet and not everything turns out okay forcing a tear down the more sensitive cheek.
I would suggest a read but only if you haven't already seen the film cause that would ruin it all for you.A must for everyone is they are competent readers, otherwise it would be too hard.
