This was one of my christmas presents as my daughter bought herself one when she had her little boy a year ago and I have wanted one since, so I was pleased to get this as a present.
They retail from around £7 - £8 depending on where you buy them online Amazon stock them if your interested and are available other places online too , you can get them in different coloured frames, black, pink, silver, red and blue.
I was bought the blue one as it's my favourite colour, the frame is only one and a half inches and is attached to a keyring .
I like this as I have my car keys on it and can show friends my grandchildren and children as I update the photo's as they get older, so I'm quite happy with this gadget.

You get a software package with the keyring so that you can load the photo's from your computer onto it, you can alter the size of the photo's so that they fit and drag and drop them onto the digital keyring, it's quite easy to do as you just follow the on screen instructions.
You can then have a slideshow that rotates the photo's you have added onto the keyring or keep the same photo showing until you want to change it again. The keyring holds 138 photo's which is quite a lot of storage space and gives you ample choice of the photo's you want to display. I haven't managed to get that many onto mine yet as I only have around 30 on there at the moment.

This is light and easy to use and carry, I love having my family photo's with me while I'm driving about as people often ask me how my family is doing and my youngest grandchild is now one and they change so much in the first few years so taking photo's and being able to show other people is great.
The keyring has a 3.7 volt lithium battery which comes with it and you can recharge this on the USB port of your computer.
It's compatable with windows XP and windows 98 and vista so it will run with most any computer unless its an ancient one.

You can choose how long you want the photo's to be displayed from 1 to 16 seconds or have the same one showing, but having it changing frequently will run the battery down quick, I have found that the battery life is around 45 minutes sometimes less, but it's a novelty item so I'm still happy with it.

As you say, not bad for £8.
