This is a good item for the persons that have interest to have a good communication in voip with good rates , the issue here it is the internet connection for the users , because you need have one fine in order to get a good sound and quality in the calls , need ta pay attention about the power issues because the phone is work with a good , this is very good for sip and pbx implementation for business and residential, the sound quality is acceptable, i do not sure because i think this equipment have two lines.
If this equipment have dhcp capabilities is better for residence and the graphic display is very complete , present you the call waiting and caller ID only i suggest that it is possible the size be smaller it is better
