Today I will be reviewing the Microsoft Xbox 360 WirelessController.
This came as standard with the Xbox 360 Premium edition and costs around £30 to buy new from Gamestation.
Buttons
There is a total of 8 buttons (A,X,Y,B,RB,RT,LB,LT) and 2 thumb-sticks and 1 d-pad. The RT LT ETC are easily accessible when holding the controller and in a perfect position for when you need them.
The thumb-sticks are also in a good position for games like halo 3 when you need both.
Looks
The controller looks nice and sleek with all of the curved edges and with no sharp edges which also makes it nice to hold. It is a great size and perfectly fits in most peoples hand.
I have had my controller for about 3 years now and the thumb-sticks are starting to stiffen up a-bit but with a good clean they worked perfectly again.

I bought a Playstation 3 around 4 months ago and, so far I can't fault the SIXAXIS controller for what I use it for.
They've bascally kept the original Playstation 2 controller but made it wireless and added the SIXAXIS system to it.
This is a motion sensor that is built in to the controller which senses which way you are leaning the controller and moves as you do but to be honest I found this pretty pointless due to not needing it at all, it just makes the game so much harder.
I've tried using it with a few games and with some it's better than others but I still stick to the original normal controls as I find them a lot easier to use.
So quite frankly my opinion is, I'm glad they've kept the controller the same as from the PS2 but thought that the addition of the SIXAXIS system was a bit of a waste of time unless the game ...
Advantages: Great Design Disadvantages: No Dual Shock
This is a great controller jus like the classic ps1/ps2 the design stayed the same. This is the perfect controller i can not say anything about the slick design.
As you may know this controller is wireless so you may use it from newere in the room so no messy
wires hanging around. And the batttery lasts very long i dont have to charge it very often but i dont play hours every day either.
Only bad this about this controller is that unlike the ps1/ps2 controllers this does not have dual shock so no rumble :(.This is because sony could not get rights for the technology. Sony what happened?
Well good news this controller is being released again next year as Dual Shock 3 is comming out. So if you can wait i strongly urge you wait for it to come out as it is a great feature. The feeling for the game is lost without dual shock. Need ...
